Returns

RETURNS:
Customer satisfaction is my first priority. If you would like to return a shipment, please contact me within 30 days of receipt via email or telephone so I may assist you.

Damaged shipments must be reported immediately to the carrier within 72 hours of receipt. UPS: 800-742-5877.

Upon approval, your original form of payment will be credited within 2 business days of merchandise receipt and you will receive an email credit confirmation.

If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment, or a damaged or defective product, I will refund merchandise and shipping charges to your original form of payment. I will reimburse shipping charges incurred to return incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise to me, not to exceed the published UPS Ground rate for the weight of the package. You must contact me prior to returning the package.

For your protection, I encourage you to send your return via carriers who offer package tracking such as UPS or FedEx (be sure to retain your tracking receipt for future reference). I am not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.
